These web performance benchmarks tests were run using identical WordPress dummy websites with the same plugins installed (aside from ones needed for the provider’s particular caching mechanisms).

He also added that there were security measures within the Bluehost network present that they were unable to bypass, which “led to some of the strangest-looking LoadStorm tests I’ve ever seen”.

Another downside to Bluehost backups is that you can only access the most recent backup. Any other data backed up within the past 30 days is overwritten.

- Kinsta lets you run a different version of PHP for every live and staging site. Plus, you can switch between PHP engines with a single click.
